22baji Terms & Conditions

To register and use the 22baji Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account.
• You must not already hold an existing active Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person is permitted.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of another person for the purpose of creating an Account.
• You must not be a person who has previously had an Account suspended or terminated by 22baji for breach of these Terms.

22baji reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment details at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information you have provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorised such activity. You must:

• Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 22baji immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your Account.

22baji will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with these security obligations. We reserve the right to suspend an Account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that it has been compromised, is being accessed by an unauthorised party, or is being used in a manner that violates these Terms.

If you wish to close your Account voluntarily, please contact [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

All financial transactions on the 22baji Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to periodic review. All payment methods must be registered in your own name.
• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of the transaction.
• Processing Times: Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within 60 seconds of confirmation in your mobile wallet. Withdrawal processing times vary but are generally completed within 24 hours of approval.
• Third-Party Payments: 22baji does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to payment accounts that are not registered in your name. Any transaction identified as originating from or directed to a third-party account will be reversed and may trigger an account review.
• Currency: All balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No foreign currency conversion is applied.
• Transaction Records: You are responsible for maintaining records of your transactions for your own reference. 22baji provides a transaction history within your Account dashboard.

22baji reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a pending verification requirement, an open bonus wagering obligation, or a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity associated with the Account.

22baji may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to new and existing players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods for each promotion are specified in the individual promotion's terms, which are published on the Platform at the time the promotion is offered.
• One promotional offer per household, per device, and per IP address applies unless otherwise stated.
• 22baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting bonus terms through low-risk betting strategies or collusion, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings generated from those funds, and may result in Account closure.
• Real-money deposits are used before bonus funds for betting purposes unless the Platform explicitly states otherwise.

The following rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the 22baji Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 22baji. A bet is only confirmed once you have received an on-screen confirmation reference. In cases of technical failure during bet placement, 22baji's system records shall determine the outcome.
• Odds and Lines: Sports betting odds are updated in real time and may change between the time you select a market and the time your bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Cancelled Events: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market result is determined, 22baji reserves the right to void all bets placed on that event and return stakes to the respective accounts.
• Casino and Crash Game Rules: Individual game rules are governed by the respective game provider (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe). In the event of a conflict between provider rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent permitted by the provider agreement.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market. Placing a bet above the maximum limit may result in the excess being returned to your balance.
• System Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcome, or payout calculation, 22baji reserves the right to void the affected bets. Winnings resulting from a clearly erroneous display will not be honoured.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22baji Platform. Any User found to be engaging in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or table games.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that undermines the integrity of a sporting event on which bets are offered.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that is unlawful under applicable law.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location to 22baji.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate transaction with your payment provider after having received the corresponding gaming services.

22baji is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the Platform. We provide the following tools within every Account to support responsible play:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your Account dashboard to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that notify you of the time elapsed during a gaming session.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written consent from 22baji.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any automated data collection method (scraping, crawling, spidering) to extract content from the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website without 22baji's express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted above and may constitute an infringement of 22baji's intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22baji, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Platform and your use thereof.

22baji shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising in connection with the Platform.
• Interruptions, errors, or downtime affecting Platform availability, including those caused by third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access arises from your failure to maintain account security.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 22baji makes no representation that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Gambling involves financial risk; you should only wager funds that you can afford to lose.

22baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within a reasonable period.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Account holder.
• At the request of the Account holder through the self-exclusion or voluntary closure process.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned to the registered payment method within a reasonable period.

Where an Account is closed voluntarily or for a non-breach administrative reason, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method after satisfactory verification.

22baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. We may also notify registered users of significant changes via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure that you remain aware of the current provisions governing your use of 22baji.

22baji collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, verification, and Platform use is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support, and improvement of the Platform's services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors and game providers solely to the extent necessary to deliver the services you have requested.

These Terms are drafted in English, which is the governing language of this agreement. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 22baji with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings whether written or oral.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Any failure by 22baji to enforce a provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of 22baji's right to enforce that provision in the future.

22baji is committed to resolving all complaints fairly and promptly. If you remain dissatisfied after our internal complaints process has been exhausted, you may seek independent advice from a consumer protection or dispute resolution body in Bangladesh.
